- I started working with Brad 8 weeks ago to tone up and learn nutrition; little did I know the overall impact it would have on my confidence and my attitude towards training. I am a 50 year old mother of 4. When I met Brad four years ago I was working out at a well-known local gym, doing group exercise classes.I worked out at least four times a week and thought I was in decent shape. I did a lot of cardio and used very light weight during classes. I was always very hesitant about weight training. I thought I would become bulky and too “muscular.” After a very lengthy discussion with Brad about the benefits of weight training I decided to incorporate a couple of days of training into my regular gym routine. It didn’t take long to notice the difference in my shape and metabolism. Needless to say, I cancelled my gym membership and workout with Brad 3-4 times a week.

What can I say other than.. Brad is your guy! I initially came to him because I was recovering from a surgery and didn’t want to fall back on my fitness goals. Nutrition was the one thing I could control in that period and it happened to be the biggest thing holding me back from seeing the results I wanted in the gym (and I worked out hard). Looking at these before and after pics, I’m amazed at all the progress I’ve made. I didn’t even realize until I sat down to compare how far I’ve come since March.
