12 Week Coaching Package
This comprehensive package is for anyone serious about taking control of their health and fitness, looking for specific coaching and guidance both in the gym and on the table, or wanting to see major changes to their physique and fitness. This package includes a custom meal plan tailored to your likes/dislikes and specific goals, as well as a custom training program for the gym or your home. Modifications to the meal plan and workout routine will be made based on weekly coaching check-ins. Clients purchasing this package will also have access to their coach via phone, text, or email during regular business hours. Payment may be made in full or broken into 3 recurring $400 payments.
