This package offers a customized meal plan based off of your taste preferences, must have foods, and your specific lifestyle. It includes weekly check-ins for accountability, along with adjustments to your plan as needed to best help you achieve your goals. You will also have access to ask any questions via email throughout the 4 weeks.
