What is a macro assessment?
The macro assessment is a SCIENCE BASED INDIVIDUAL SPECIFIC assessment of the caloric intake you need broken down into carbs, fats and proteins for you to reach YOUR SPECIFIC goals.
What do you get?
First, you will be sent a questionnaire with basic questions regarding your current nutrition and level of activity.
Second, you'll receive a response email from me with the following:
- Your baseline caloric intake including a break down of the amount of carbs, fats, and proteins you need to sustain the current weight you're at but tighten up a bit (NOT lose weight).
- Your custom macronutrient breakdown with YOUR SCIENCE BASED caloric intake for a surplus/deficit tailored to YOUR SPECIFIC GOAL with variable options of 10%, 20% and 25% along with how I'd recommend for you to structure your approach (example: high and low days, carb cycling etc.).
