We will work together 1-on-1 from the comfort of your home via Facetime or Zoom, utilizing body weight movements or what equipment you may have available in your home.
What is a macro assessment?
The macro assessment is a SCIENCE BASED INDIVIDUAL SPECIFIC assessment of the caloric intake you need broken down into carbs, fats and proteins for you to reach YOUR SPECIFIC goals.
What do you get?
First, you get a questionnaire with basic questions regarding your current nutrition and level of activity.
Next, you'll get a response email from me with the following:
Your baseline caloric intake with a break down of the amount of carbs, fats and proteins you need to sustain the current weight you're at but tighten up a bit (NOT lose weight).
Depending if you want to put on muscle, trim off some fat or drop some pounds you'll also get
a macro break down with YOUR SCIENCE BASED caloric intake for a suprlus / deficit at at variable of 10%, 20% and 25% along with how I'd recommend for you to structure your approach (example: high and low days, carb cyclying etc.)
