I met Brad a few years ago through a friend. He had been training her and she was very happy.
Finally, last October I made the decision that I want to lose weight and be a healthier person. Brad not only started me on a workout routine but also put me on a food plan. He created a food plan that was created uniquely for me according to my likes and dislikes. Therefore, I got a personal trainer and nutritionist rolled into one. I did NOT like exercising before but, he made me fall in love with working out. I have also learned how to eat properly without feeling like I’m on a diet. I’m three sizes smaller, look ten years younger and have more confidence than ever before. Brad has changed my life!
