My past year and a half with Brad has completely changed my perspective on fitness and working out.
Before we started training together, working out was a chore, and getting me to the gym was a rare occurrence. I can honestly say now that I look forward to working out daily, and it has in fact become therapeutic for me. Brad has made fitness fun for me – he makes working out something I do for myself, not for anyone else.
Above all, Brad truly cares about my progress, and that has made all the difference. He genuinely takes interest in all of his clients, and that’s clearly evident. Brad has become more of a friend than a trainer. He helps make fitness fun, set realistic goals, while pushing me to my full potential, and helping me become more fit and healthy than I ever imagined possible!
