About founder Bradley Goldman

Growing up, I was your average kid. I dabbled in acting, music, and art. For a while I was even in my high school marching band! I was always the skinny kid, and I stayed that way no matter what I ate. For some, that sounds like a dream come true. But for a nerdy high school kid…I hated it. As a freshman in college I weighed a whopping 115 lbs, soaking wet. I was always interested in fitness and bodybuilding and at 16, I finally decided to give it a try. One foot in the gym and I was hooked!
My first job in the fitness industry was a personal training gig at Bally’s. From Bally’s, I moved on to Power House Gym in a suburb of Los Angeles. There I spent a lot of my time training clients and working on my own physique. There were a lot of guys that were double my size at the gym. I told myself that one day I too would have the body type that I so admired. During my time at Power House, I learned the ins and outs of a gym and what it meant to work in the fitness industry.
There has been a lot of trial and error in my own fitness journey –learning proper nutrition, working with fitness professionals, and assembling workout plans to meet my personal goals. In 2013 I made the commitment to reach one of my personal fitness goals and competed in my first show at the 2013 NPC Tournament of Champions in the Amateur Bodybuilding Division. It was a lot of work, but I ended up taking home a trophy that I couldn’t be more proud of! While preparing for that show I was still juggling work and school. I became a fitness blogger and specialist for Visalus, as well as a sponsored athlete for multiple supplement companies. It took dedication, discipline, and a pledge to my health trying to juggle a busy life while working toward such a personal goal. In the end it was all worth it. I felt good and was in the best shape of my life.
I graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. After graduation I went on to renew my personal training certification through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I have since developed Be Strong Stay Fit™ and have made a career out of helping others live balanced, healthy lives while reaching their fitness goals. I know what it’s like to be unhappy with your body. I know how hard it is to get started and I understand the perseverance and discipline required to get the body you want. I also understand the support one needs along the way. With me, you will not have to go through it alone. No matter your size or goals, I am here to help. Reaching out is the first step on your road to success and I would be honored to help anyone cross the finish line. I hope to motivate, inspire, support, and coach as many people as I can while transforming lives through Be Strong Stay Fit.
